Small words. Big impact. In James 3:1–12, James compares the tongue to a bit, a rudder, and a fire, reminding us that something small can steer or destroy something much larger.
In “Watch Your Mouth,” we explore how our words reveal what is happening in our hearts and shape the world around us. Through Jesus, we receive forgiveness and grace that change both what we say and the source from which we speak.
This week’s challenge: Take a seven-day break from gossip. If a concern matters, speak to the person or speak to God. Before you say it, ask what it will build.
